Steaming in the sun

Outdoor temperature was -22°C in the morning and up to -13°C in the afternoon. In the shed it gets a little colder than usually, but it stays a few degrees above zero. Breathing out makes visible steam, even though the fan I installed last winter to replace the broken one keeps the air quality better than before.
