Damp

A nice misty sunrise start to the morning which went downhill rapidly afterwards. 

We discovered we have a damp wall in the utility as a result of a leaky shower on the other side - exactly behind a wall cupboard which is why it hadn't been spotted until now.  As a positive, that at least identifies the occasional damp smell I'd noticed on and off for a while. As a negative, some bright spark buried the now-seeping pipes into the wall and that unit is occupied (as are all the others) so a fix will have to wait until we get a gap.  As a positive, we'd already lined up the plumber to upgrade a different bathroom; we'll just change the room.

The day was somewhat recovered by finishing off the refurb of the cupboard which now has the PVR and DVD installed and looks a lot neater than the previous jumble of tables.

Now need to find a home for a jumble of tables...
