Bay of Skaill

Working at Skara Brae. It was driving rain and high winds at the site today with beautiful waves, and I got pretty wet even though in 'waterproofs'. There were two glaucous gulls on the seal carcase nearby and a female merlin battled through the wind and over the surf. More here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/octobermoth/
