Clearing

After a pretty hefty physio session on my shoulders yesterday afternoon, I went to bed with a headache and woke up with one.  So, figuring a bike ride wasn't the most sensible of choices, I sauntered round the edge of the moors with the mist lifting, the light creeping through and my head steadily clearing.
