Disconsolate

Another day not at work but my last until the end of this week at least as I am feeling a lot better than I have done. I'm sure that an extended lie-in this morning and the completion of my book have aided my recovery. It's certainly suited Bailey this week. I'm not so sure that he will be as impressed tomorrow when normal service will resume. 

He was a bit disconcerted this afternoon and  not quite able to work out what was supposed to be happening but his wait was rewarded by the arrival of the official Bailey sitter for a walk and a quick hello from his favourite. It'll be an early night for both of us, ready for an early start for the first time since Friday.
