Polar Bear hugs

On Sunday I raced in the 'London Winter Run 10k' for Cancer Research.
A 10k route through central London, traffic free.
The marshalls were all dressed as snowmen, penguins and Polar Bears.
At the end of the race we were all encouraged to get a 'Polar Bear hug' as apparently they had been in training for this for months !
