Close to home!

Coming home this morning, there was a large truck parked in our street........and close by, up high, there was someone cutting down some of the huge branches of a neighbour's trees.

Scenes like this are found throughout the area.......very large, older trees, which shook and moved during the recent storms, are being trimmed, or completely cut down, to be made safe.......
Trucks with hydraulic arms, and teams of men with powerful saws, are being used.......in the main street and in residential areas....
Here we are, two weeks after the storms ......and the clear up is continuing.
