Parking lot hawk

One of my regulars was sitting in a tree right near my car when I left for lunch and was still there when I got back. He completely ignored me except when he looked at me as he pooped. Of course the weather was crap (although I still took 50 some pictures - also crap, I might add). But he was right there - how could I not?
