In the blink of an eye

There are several types of photos, ones you create, ones you watch take shape and ones that just happen that catch your eye and make you uncontrollably drive off the road, slam on the breaks, splash through puddles and sprint across moving traffic with a camera in hand to capture it before it disappears!! (No injuries reported) My camera didn’t really even give the credit deserved tonight for the pinks, yellows and multitude of incredible colors across Lake Whatcom making each house look like plywood stick figures with the sun beaming on them. The good part was when I was leaving and looked around me there were several others pulled over with cameras and cell phones pulled out taking pictures as well so I knew I wasn't alone! :)
