Little walk

Couldn't get myself motivated to do much today,got weighed at weightwatchers last night,was a bit dissapointed as i hadn't lost anything this week after being good,on the plus side,i havn't put anything on either, took the dogs for a walk up the track beside our cottage,it was a nice afternoon
