A cold wind on the Waterfront

"Cold enough for two pairs of Braces!" as we say locally, well at least the morning rain has stopped and I managed to make it to the Riverbank and back without an impromptu shower.
Hopefully this image will capture the chill and threat of rain that was there.
The only colour I could find was the red channel marker buoy, which came in handy!
