...looking outwards form the viewpoint above Ingbirchworth ( though the views were nothing to write home about on this dull grey day! )...
For the wide angle challenge today - curved leading lines - thanks to hobbs for the tutorials and for hosting.
The Viewpoint is a sort of spiral of stone walling, leading into an interpretation table that shows the distance & direction of the various localities that can be seen from it. On a good day this includes the Yorkshire Dales and the Derbyshire Peak District - but his wasn't a good day, for views at least ;)
Badminton last night was a bit of a washout too - my friend Helen fell and banged her head and broke a bone in her arm before we'd even completed a game ;(  Poor thing - her husband is off to Norway on a skiing trip today, so she is feeling abandoned...
