End of Session

After three hours of intense work on their greatest executive challenges, these guys agreed to a photo for my journal. They are very senior directors of a major global car manufacturer and it's been a pleasure to share a process (which began in the Lake District with a mid-point today in Barcelona) and contribute ideas as to how best they can set themselves up for success in their goals. There were another nine groups in action simultaneously on campus each with its own facilitator and I must say I'm proud to have led the whole endeavour.
