I'm a bit of an ignoramus when it comes to Belgium. The EU is hosting a seminar slash mini conference on wildlife trafficking here for a couple of days and South Sudan is profiled. So I trotted along because it sounded relevant and because we may as well soak up these close relations to other European nations while we can.

Brussels is hillier than I expected and the wheeled suitcase I used to try and look more chic than normal didn't fare well on the predominantly cobbled streets. However the Grand Place was very glittery and impressive.
