Food for Thought

It's been a good day at work and the weather has stayed dry.

For some reason I forgot to take any pics today, so I ended up taking one of dinner (chicken in a creamy cheese, bacon and leek sauce) - which took me about 2 hours to make lol.

I don't know if it did take that long to prepare and cook, but it sure felt like it!
