Half Empty/Full

Of course not everybody wants to go, or enjoys, work but I guess you make the best of it.
In a working life of forty-seven years I've only had four jobs and having thoroughly enjoyed thirty-four years in the Navy by and large I have enjoyed the last three.
Constant 'dripping', moaning and whinging about work, life, home, traffic, parking and life in general takes its toll until you too start to feel as miserable as they surely do.

Today's photo is of my accommodation at the Indefatigable in 1968, of course the black and white image makes it look more austere, but it was strict. They were preparing us for a life at sea, Royal and Merchant.
