No escaped lions.......

but we did see one of the chimps in disguise who i think had popped over to the sea lion show, to pick up tips on how to put on a show!!! Yes we did stand in the pouring rain in my flip flops to watch the sea lions perform!!! I don't think the man smiking at me realised what danger was stood in front of him, those chimps can turn at any second you know!!!

Went and met the Lovely Juliand her family today at Whipsnade zoo, the sun did not put his hat on and it rained all day, well until we got in the car to come home then he decided to show his face!!!!
But did it spoil our day Noooooooo it didn't we walked round looking like drowned rats, i did purchase an umbrella for an extortionate amount of money in the end, but i think it may have been a little to late for that!! My feet were so cold they were numb, how ever the dryers in the toilets came in very handy.
We saw Bears, chimps, Cheetahs and her cubs, Elephants playing with their babies, watched the sea lion show, went on a steam train where the driver was wearing sunglasses and i think we can all safely say the best spot of all was the tropical rooms cause we could dry out!!
