The Road

This is my leading lines offering. I was standing in the road at the bottom of our driveway. Our drive is on my right, the place across the road (see my Tuesday project) is on my left. The road is heading north. Town, the little town I live in and the larger city of Charlottesville is in the other direction. Not that it matters in the slightest for the purposes of this shot.

We have been treated to glorious weather for the past few days - but it ends tonight. Cold front coming in. We probably aren't, however, going to get any of the snow that is going to be sweeping into places to the north of us here in Central Virginia. And for that I am profoundly grateful.
