Cake

It's rained all day today, so it was a case of going from one indoor place to another without getting too wet. Ffter visiting Christ Church College and Cathedral, I went to the Covered Market which was full of interesting little shops, including this cake shop.

This was my favourite, but they had loads of different designs - and they weren't overly expensive either.

After this went to Jesus College which was founded by the Bishop of St David's (back in the day - Elizabethan days, as Elizabeth I is down as the founder) so that Welsh scholars could study. We are very kind though, and have let other nationalities study here since the 19th century.

Thought it would make a change from the last few blips, which have all been about buildings and churches, so this is a bit more fun!
