Love
Took Ruby over the common on this steely grey, cold day. Even saw a few flecks of snow!
I was going to avoid the pond today but as Ruby had danced in several muddy puddles, we just walked along the top of the pond where the water spills out slightly into a little dip. So she had a dance in a little cleaner water!
A pair of loved up swans came gliding over hoping to get some food but alas no food was found but they did pose for me. Lovely to see them on the pond as it means they usually stay around to nest.
Talking of love... This evening I drop Josh & Natalie off at Heathrow to fly to South Africa for a wedding. Josh & Natalie have been together for just over 2 years now. She is a fair bit older than him but they seem to click together nicely. N is also from SA, although is now a British citizen, and they will be catching up with her mum whilst they are there. Josh has joked they must be getting serious as he now gets to meet her mum! :-)) I'm sure they will have a lovely time away and will be a little jealous as they enjoy the warm sunshine.
P.s. I'm still managing my month of mono albeit with a splash of colour occasionally;-D))
