Mushroom Stirfry

I had arranged to have this for Dinner yesterday, but my daughter wanted Jacket Potato.
So today I had Mushroom Stirfry by myself without my daughter & noodles.
LOL! The veg needed to be used up so no noodles.
My daughter has gone away for a few days while she has a Holiday break from work, so no Stirfry for her. :)
