Trial run

Ssshhhhh, don't tell Herr L (he's in the Netherlands today) , or my Physio, but I went for a short run this morning.

What hurt the most were my fingers!!! Totally numb - on the point of turning blue!!! A touch chillier than expected ( -5) ;-) Clearly called for more than fingerless-gloves.
