Day 040/17. A bit noisy, and the wrong lens...but.

We regularly see Green Woodpeckers in our garden foraging for insects. But today was a first. Sitting at lunchtime looking for a picture and this Lesser Spotted Woodpecker arrives at the top of our garden.
A quick rush for the camera, no time to change lens and snap!!. its a boring background and ISO 6400 on a dull day. But it is the first Lesser Spotted Woodpecker we have seen for many years. This is a female, the males have red caps on their heads.
