NE 19th Ave at NE Broadway

Hooray, he found the found the clogged drain!  This nice guy works at the Postal Annex a couple blocks down on NE Broadway, when not clearing street flooding he's also a notary public if you should need one if you're in this neighborhood.  I stopped to chat with him for a bit as we watched the vortex of water noisily drain away, he said his store was the low point along this stretch of Broadway and if this drain clogs then it's trouble all the way down the street to him.  

It's bizarrely warm and these massive downpours keep arriving, a Pineapple Express is what this weather system is called.  It's been intense!
