Getting a head

On Sunday, I posted a shot of a steam train passing a derelict chimney, mentioning that there was a head on the chimney.

Had chance to call by and found that there are two heads, not one. Here is the second head. IAs I missed a blip yesterday, I have backblipped the other on yesterdays date.

I don't suppose any blippers know the history or significance of these heads?
