Am I allowed up here?

As my owners are still decorating (when will it end as I am needing some serious attention) there is stuff everywhere. I thought that the coats on the chair would be a great place for my snack. I was wrong.
Not feeling great today. Haven't eaten much and feel a bit sick. Lots is sleeping.
