Poor little dolly

My friend asked me if I could try and fix this rather sad looking but extremely well loved dolly.

The fabric on the back of her head is so thin it has torn into holes letting the stuffing escape. There was no way I could patch it up so I've made her a hat in an effort to keep her going a little while longer.
