Quiet

I'm really out of sorts... I'm very quiet.... very withdrawn I can't understand why?
I'm throwing myself into my work.... looking after the kids, the house etc
I need to snap out of it big time .... I've had a tan and dyed my hair in the hope of cheering myself up... let's see eh?
