Yoga feet
I did a bit of Vinyasa Flow yoga tonight to chill and (mostly) stretch out yesterday's circuit training aches! (I know exercise two days in a row?! Yes I'm feeling ok! Pretty damn good , actually!) :) It's good to be back into regular exercise, dancing Tuesday, circuits Wednesday, yoga Thursday, running on Sunday, next step is to get back into rugby if I can find a local women's club! :)
