Food Tour
Today a friend invited me to go on a Ground Food Tour - the photo is of some of the dishes we cooked with Jenny our guide and Laura whose wonderful kitchen we used.
Never thought I'd cook eat and enjoy squid ink linguini - just shows, if you stick to what you like you're missing all the rest.
So Jenny from Ground took us to the out-of-the way little shops around town, where she sources her global food ingredients. Then we headed back to Lyttelton to see how to use them in delicious exotic dishes.
Really enjoyed the day, something very different.
