Staying in

I did walk as far as the lily pond and back first thing, but I had to stop several times to recover on the way back - a motorist actually stopped to ask if I was alright as I was leaning against a lampost getting my breath back! After that I didn't go out again. instead messing around with the model railway layout plan on the computer.
