Gingerbread House

We drove over to see my Mum today. The weather was filthy, pouring with rain a lot of the time both ways, but we did get some sun coming back across the Cotswolds, and I was able to jump out and blip this house in the village of Clifton. I think it's the one where Goldilocks met the three bears.

We were able to listen to some glorious music on the radio as we drove - this morning Toby Spence singing Schumann's Dichterliebe at the Edinburgh Festival, and this evening Herbert Howells' Hymnus Paradisi and Elgar's Symphony No 1 from the Proms. Not so good in the soft passages in a small car like ours, but nevertheless helped the miles to slip past.
