The love was not all around me today. Oh no.
There was a combination of frustrated-cursing ness and "come on girl, JFDI"ness.

British weather sucks
Postmen/women are actually heroes
IKEA catalogues are heavier than you think
Smokers houses smell (no offence to any smokers but seriously? stinky..! from outside the front door)
Shared drives are ace
People who put fences down the middle of shared drives aren't
Streets of houses that are all up or down slopey drives are evil.
Front gardens are lovely things
Cobwebs around the front door are not.. check tomorrow and give it a quick swoosh.. just for me. It looks abandoned and I'm
sure you love your home more than that.

Oh, and if you live in a house that has a number, pleeeeeeeease make sure it HAS a number! Even if it's obvious to you, it might not be to someone else. Numbering on houses is bizarre.
Examples from today include the road that just doesn't have a 1,3, 5 or 7 and just starts at 9 and the road where 16a, 18 and 55 sit next to each other.

Over 1000 down, 2000ish to go.

Then I can stop preaching judgementally about house appearances and go spend all my hard earned "7p"s on stuff to make my house look respectable from the outside ;0)
