Nigg Bay at Dusk

Went across to Torry at 7.30pm this evening as light was quite good and have been planning to take some photographs from the top of the hill.
The streets nicely frame cropped views of the harbour with quite extreme perspective because of the elevation.
However, the light was just not illuminating the water in the way I was hoping for.
I carried on over the hill and dropped down into Nigg Bay
The tide was on the rise and the wet sand was reflecting the gradually changing sky. Had a really good 30 minutes of very simple sky, water and beach shots mainly at quite slow exposures.
The nights are really drawing in now, was back home for 8.15 as the light had gone so quickly.
