Still gloomy. Can you believe a competition system where, if you haven't received an email to say you've been selected you are supposed to check your account online? It would never enter my head to look online, I would just assume I wasn't a finalist because I hadn't received an email. You only know this if you have read and remembered the FAQs when you submitted your original entry. Apparently I should also have been following their updates on social media. Yawn.

However, bedroom decoration is finished and bed is being restored to rightful place. Lots of furniture needs painting with the old Annie Sloan paint. Maybe next week.....
