Lime Green

Well, it should be greener than this, because it is lime marmalade, the light balance was not quite right.

I found a mix of lemons and limes at bargain price, (62p down from £1.50), bought two packs, intending to make marmalade. using the pressure cooker. However, the different recipes in my books and on the web did not always agree, so this is a mix of 'lime jelly marmalade' and 'lemon marmalade', made with limes only.

Seems to taste nice enough, so I'll make a note of my method in case I can spare another entire day making just eight jars...
