Pippa, still breathing heavily after her 400m freestyle race at the Flemish youth championships, listening to the feedback of her coach Lynn.
Pippa had a good 1st day - she improved her (long course) best times for the 3 events she raced today (200m individual medley, 200m backstroke and 400m freestyle). A slightly quieter day in prospect tomorrow. She is only racing two events in the afternoon.
