Feeding the ducks

Today was pretty wet and cold, so we had to change our plans around. Instead of going for a walk in the forest, we headed to the pools.

It's funny how these things work out, as we ran into some family members, who were up for the day - so CJ had a friend to play with.

After lunch, we had a trip to the hardware store to buy a new tap and some construction trucks for the boys. We then packed up the car and headed into town for dinner, stopping by the lake so the boys could feed the ducks.

Poor LJ couldn't break the bread off quick enough and the ducks would jump and grab the whole slice from his hands, so we had to move him off the ground.
