Northern Mockingbird searching for mischief

Walking in the neighborhood this afternoon, we spied two Northern Mockingbirds, apparently looking for trouble. The dived at a Robin, then ran at the poor Robin wings extended making an awful clamor.

The Mockingbird is a pretty creature, but noisy. Thus far, we have not had many visits from Mr. Mockingbird in our backyard, but they certainly visit the neighbors. Perhaps, our back yard is too steep for the loud gray and back and white birds.

"If you’ve been hearing an endless string of 10 or 15 different birds singing outside your house, you might have a Northern Mockingbird in your yard. These slender-bodied gray birds apparently pour all their color into their personalities. They sing almost endlessly, even sometimes at night, and they flagrantly harass birds that intrude on their territories, flying slowly around them or prancing toward them, legs extended, flaunting their bright white wing patches"  (https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Northern_Mockingbird/id).
