Lantern Festival

The last day of CNY celebrations. 

In addition to lighting/hanging up lanterns in the traditional culture, eating tangyuan/yuanxiao dumplings with/without fillings is another important element to wish for family reunion in the coming year.

Emily continued to use some sweet potato in the mixture with glutinous rice wrapper for this unique orange colour, which is pleasant to eyes while eating. It was red bean jam filling inside. Like the plain sweetness.

Resumed family talk with my parents online today, as in the past two weekends I was too busy to do it myself. Not good!
