Snare Flare

I originally did a photo in this style with my FX12 (using Starry Sky mode, the best option I could find for long exposure) about a year ago, but whilst bored today decided to re-do it with my sturdy D40 and remote

and I must say, I am happy with the results!

Simple long exposure with the light on my phone making the pretty patterns.

It's slighty supposed to be showing the energy and passion I have for drumming, the bouncing of the snare etc, but really, it just looks pretty cool :)



Might do a series of light-drawings relating to my drum kit over the next few days, so stay tuned ;)
