Growing Pains

Sometimes, Orla wakes up crying in pain, because her legs are sore. She was very teary before bed tonight and couldn't tell me why. I thought she was just over-tired because she was up later than usual. But she had been in bed less than an hour when I heard her crying again. It took ages to calm her down, but eventually she managed to tell me that her legs were sore. I gave her some Calpol and rubbed her legs for a bit until she fell back asleep (in my bed). If you look closely, you may still be able to see the tear in the corner of her eye. Wee soul. x
