A muddy walk

Went out for a very muddy walk with the quickly very muddy Rosie and the lovely but also really quite muddy Philippa J. Had a proper catch up and then home to put most of my outfit in the wash!
Then an unsuccessful foray in to town with the teenage girl, before food shopping at Lidle. Mother Hubbard's cupboards had nothing on mine, so a job well done.
Succumbed to a slice of cake; I have been sugar free for Feb...but a blip in resolve today. Back on the wagon next week.
