Saturday diversion

We had a bit of gathering to do today, from collecting meds to finding new telephone handsets to replace the ones frazzled by lightening on Thursday night, and collecting some gear for Arnies bike.

It was hot and in celebration of getting everything we needed, an unusual feat for us, we dropped in to sup a cold beer at the Craft Beer Library. Arnie's Wildside IPA from St Francis hit the spot as did my Jack Black Atlantic Weiss. Their food looks pretty good so we might be heading this way again.

Bookclub for me in the afternoon and I got a round of applause given that I had read two and a half books. Miracle!

A pretty good Saturday.
