Näsinpuisto Park

I often go for a walk in Näsinpuisto, but these strange bans make me wonder. Are they afraid that people will run up or down too fast on this slope, injuring themselves?
The ban seems pointless, anyway, tends to urge you to defiantly limbo under the plastic stripe. Hmm.
