My body felt a little battered after yesterday's activity. I still managed to run 10k today. I'm training for my birthday run. I've 5 weeks to get myself fit enough for my first half marathon. Thank goodness it's a flat course. I really don't like running up hills.
I left a casserole cooking in the slow cooker. It was lovely coming home and no cooking to do.
Now it's feet up time with my book and cup of tea. Oh and Oscar of course.
