Zen and the art of Teddy

Teddy is recentering himself tonight. He's focusing his energies, regaining his cosmic equilibrium. Teddy knows its all tosh. He's not stupid is Teddy.
He likes the candles. He likes seeing bright things. Not everybody is bright Teddy has discovered recently.
In fact, Teddy realises that looking at candles doesn't do anything useful. Teddy is off to heat up the Shepherds pie and have a cuppa.
