Do I smell carrots up there? Yep, he was right!

A very chilly ride today. I have the most amazing instructor, 70 years old and teaching outdoors without fail between 9.00 and 2.00 every day. Today she was cold though and I hope she got warm quicker than I did.

It felt like I hadn't ridden for ages, having missed one weekend, and it was lovely to see Connor looking happier and healthier and having a good ride together.
