Burleigh Pottery

The pottery was established in 1851 as Hulme and Booth. It was taken over in 1862 by William Leigh and Frederick Burgess. The trade mark "Burleigh", used from the 1930's, is a combination of the two names. 
It is currently doing well, unlike so many other potteries in Stoke on Trent which have closed.
