Mono Monday : Can't live without

My eyesight - you take it for granted, don't you ?
Even if you're nearly as blind as a bat, and have been wearing specs since you were seven, like me ?
These eyes have seen Uluru and the Grand Canyon, Milford Sound and the Matterhorn.
They've shed tears of sadness at the deaths of family, friends and pets, and tears of joy at the birth of a daughter.
They've teamed up with a camera to capture the beauty of nature and the bounciness of bumblebees. And even a blipfoto or two.
It's the sense I would most hate to lose.
Sadly, today Mr. Beewatcher has a problem with the sight in one of his eyes, and the outcome's uncertain. It could be that he might even have to live without it.
I'm so lucky to have mine.
